Fall Season Tennis Recreational Program

Les inscriptions non payées seront considérées comme incomplètes et seront supprimées à minuit.

Les annulations effectuées avant les 7 jours précédant la première leçon seront traitées sans pénalité.

Les annulations effectuées dans les:

5 à 6 jours avant le premier cours, 10 % des frais d'inscription seront facturés.
3 à 4 jours avant le premier cours : 20 % des frais d'inscription.
Moins de 3 jours avant le premier cours, 30% des frais d'inscription seront facturés.

La demande d'annulation doit être faite par courriel [email à mgirard@clubcdl.com].

Les annulations et les remboursements ne sont acceptés qu'avant la deuxième leçon de l'enfant. Les remboursements ne sont plus possibles après que l'enfant a participé à 2 cours ou plus.

En cas d'arrêt du programme pour causes de blessure ou de maladie (note du médecin fournie), l'annulation et le remboursement sont acceptés.

Les remboursements sont à la discrétion du directeur.

Cours de rattrapage:

Il n'y aura pas de cours de rattrapage, ni remboursements pour les absences.

Unpaid registrations will be considered incomplete and will be deleted by midnight.

Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the first lesson will be processed without penalty.

Cancellations made within:

5-6 days before the first lesson will be charged 10% of registration fee
3-4 days before the first lesson will be charged 20% of registration fee
Less than 3 days before the first lesson will be charged 30% of the registration fee.

Cancellation request must be made via email to mgirard@clubcdl.com

Cancellations and refunds are only accepted prior to the child's second lesson. Refunds are no longer possible after a child participates in 2 or more classes.

Termination of the program due to the case of an injury or illness (doctor's note provided), cancellation and refund is accepted.

Refunds are at the discretion of the director.

Make-up lessons:

There will be no makeup lessons, nor refunds for absences.
